Do your eyes tire when using the computer often or for long periods of time? We find that many of our clients have this problem and are looking for a solution. Dr. Levy can discuss computer eyeglasses with you that may help you focus better and ease the strain on the eyes.
Remember that even when wearing computer glasses you should take brakes from the computer frequently. That means looking away from the computer every 20 minutes or so. Find something far away to focus on. This will relax the eyes and relieve any pain you may be having. Also, make sure your computer or monitor has the brightness set to where ii is more comfortable for you. Do not work on a computer, phone or tablet in the dark. This can cause you more discomfort and eyestrain. You may want to consider adding an anti-reflective coating on your lenses to minimize glare.
Dr. Levy understands the symptoms of computer vision problems and can prescribe eyeglasses that help you feel more comfortable and relieve your symptoms of blurred vision, blinking or even needing to much time to focus on objects that are far away.
