Dr. Levy provides primary eye care health, including but not limited to general eye care examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and disorders of your eyes. Examinations of the internal and external structure of your eyes are done to diagnose eye diseases like cataracts, glaucoma and retinal disorders; systemic diseases like diabetes and hypertension; and vision conditions like farsightedness, nearsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia.
A Comprehensive examination includes testing to determine your ability to focus and coordinate the eyes, judge depth and see colors accurately. Prescriptions and fittings for eyeglasses, contact lenses and low vision aids are discussed in detail to provide you with the best possible solutions.
Co-management of eye care is provided and referrals to appropriate eye specialists are made if needed. Dr. Levy, being in private pratice for over 44 years, knows the specialists that are trustworthy and reliable.
